Assistant Professor of Francophone Literature and Culture

The Department of French at Yale University intends to appoint a tenure-track assistant professor beginning July 1, 2016 in Francophone literature and culture with a focus on Maghreb/Beur/ Immigration Studies. Candidates should demonstrate a capacity for original scholarship and a strong commitment to energetic and innovative teaching; the Ph.D. and native or near-native command of French are required.
