Appel à contributions pour le numéro 26 d’Anglophonia :
Le nom : perspectives et enjeux contemporains.
Le numéro 26 d’Anglophonia est un numéro thématique intitulé Le nom : perspectives et enjeux contemporains. Les propositions d’article sont à envoyer à viviane.arigneATuniv-paris13.fr et à henri.le-prieult@univ-tlse2.fr avant le 31 mai 2018. Toutes les questions concernant le nom seront les bienvenues dans ce numéro et les contributions pourront proposer des études formelles de phonologie, morphologie et syntaxe, tout comme des travaux portant sur le sens. A titre d’illustration et sans qu’il faille songer à dresser une liste limitative, les recherches pourront s’orienter dans les directions suivantes : la catégorie lexicale du nom et les nominalisations, la catégorie du nombre associée au nom dans le syntagme nominal, les typologies sémantiques des noms (oppositions continu / discontinu, nom commun / nom propre, les shell-nouns, etc). Les modèles ou construits théoriques de représentation du sens, issus de la linguistique ou d’autres champs disciplinaires, peuvent aussi être soumis à l’analyse, comme par exemple les concepts de prototype, de désignateur rigide, d’individu, etc.
Fidèle à sa vocation, Anglophonia accueille les travaux de linguistique anglaise, explicitement articulés ou non sur des problématiques de linguistique générale, quel que soit le cadre théorique dont ils se réclament. En outre, ce numéro d’Anglophonia est ouvert à des articles de linguistique contrastive anglais / français.

Call for papers for Anglophonia (issue n° 26):
Nouns. Contemporary Perspectives
Anglophonia’s next issue is a thematic issue entitled Nouns: Contemporary Perspectives. Proposals should be sent to viviane.arigneATuniv-paris13.fr and to henri.le-prieult@univ-tlse2.fr before 31 May 2018. This issue of the journal will bring together papers dealing with nouns, and submissions can focus on all subjects having to do with phonology, morphology or syntax, as well as with questions of meaning. Although the following list of topics is by no means exhaustive, some possible directions for research will be outlined: nouns as a lexical category, nominalisations, number as a nominal category within the noun phrase, semantic typologies of nouns (continuous vs. discontinuous, common vs. proper nouns, shell-nouns etc.). Theoretical frameworks and constructs can also be subjected to analysis, whether they originate in linguistics or in related disciplinary fields: for example, the concepts of prototype, of rigid designator or of individual, to name but a few.
True to its original vocation, Anglophonia welcomes studies in English linguistics from all theoretical backgrounds, whether explicitly conducted in relation to general linguistics or not. This particular issue is also open to papers in contrastive linguistics involving both English and French.
