St Hilda's College invites applications for a fixed-term eight-hour Stipendiary Lectureship in French, from 1 January 2012 until 30 June 2012. The teaching required will include literature tutorials and translation classes (French to English) for all year groups.
Candidates should have a strong educational background, with a good first degree, and should be working for, or have already obtained a doctorate in French specialising in the early modern period (1530-1800). Some teaching experience is essential.
