Special Session: What Happens Next? Rebuilding after Destruction in Contemporary French and Francophone Fiction
This panel will engage with contemporary French and Francophone fictional texts that explore how to rebuild a place, a society, or the world after destruction. How do contemporary French and Francophone fictional works respond to the question of "What happens next?" after a time of destruction, whether it be real or fictional. Fictional works of all genres are welcome, as are talks in French or in English.
Please submit a 250-word abstract (in French or in English) and a brief bio.
