Présentation de l'éditeur:

In light of Cicero's claim in Brutus, Frazel shows that Greekrhetorical practice, not simply the "Arts of Rhetoric,“ did indeedcontribute to the composition of Cicero's In Verrem. Frazel argues that Cicero used the progymnasmatato structure the oration and to depict Verres as a temple robber and atyrant. The book explores the cultural implications of these choices.
