La revue Litteraria Copernicana et la série Phantasticus
Nous proposons de nous pencher sur les différentes facettes de l’œuvre de Howard Phillips Lovecraft (1890-1937) ainsi que sur son influence sur la culture et la littérature populaires.
Les propositions pourront s'inscrire dans l'un des axes suivants (qui ne sont pourtant pas exhaustifs) :
- Les sources de l’horreur lovecraftienne,
- La mythologie de Lovecraft (le « panthéon noir »),
- Ses inspirations,
- L’aspect intertextuel/transfictionnel de son œuvre,
- Les imitateurs et continuateurs de sa création,
- La philosophie et l’œuvre lovecraftienne (le cosmicisme, l’indifférence cosmique, la fin de l’Anthropocène, etc.)
- L’inter/transmédialité et l’héritage lovecraftien,
- Lovecraft et la culture de masse,
- La réception critique de son œuvre.
Il est également possible de proposer de comptes rendus de publications récentes (datant de 2020, 2021) sur la littérature et le cinéma fantastiques.
Nous attendons aussi les propositions d’articles pour la rubrique Varia – on privilégie les textes portant sur le fantastique et l’horreur.
Le calendrier :
Toutes les propositions en français ou en anglais (contenant le titre, un bref résumé et une notice bio-bibliographique de l’auteur) doivent être envoyées le 26.01.2021 au plus tard à l’adresse suivante : lovecraftiana2021@gmail.com Les articles doivent être originaux, ils ne peuvent pas être publiés antérieurement.
Le 31.01.2021 – réponse du comité,
Le 31.03.2021 – remise des articles acceptés et soumission à l’évaluation en double aveugle.
La parution de Lovecraftiana est prévue avant la fin de l’an 2021.

Lovecraftiana
We propose to examine the different facets of the works of Howard Phillips Lovecraft (1890-1937) as well as its their influence on popular culture and literature.
The proposals may fall within one of the following axes (which, however, are not exhaustive):
- The sources of Lovecraftian horror,
- The mythology of Lovecraft (the "black pantheon"),
- His inspirations,
- The intertextual / transfictional aspect of his work,
- The imitators and continuators of his creation,
- Lovecraftian philosophy and work (cosmicism, cosmic indifference, the end of the Anthropocene, etc.),
- Inter / transmediality and the Lovecraftian heritage,
- Lovecraft and mass culture,
- The critical reception of his work.
It is also possible to provide reviews of recent publications (dating from 2020, 2021) on fantastic literature and cinema.
We are also awaiting submissions for articles for the Varia section - we prefer texts dealing with fantastic literature and horror.
The calendar :
All proposals in French or English (containing the title, a brief summary and a bio-bibliographic note of the author) must be sent by 26.01.2021 at the latest to the following address: lovecraftiana2021@gmail.com We only accept original articles that have not been previously published.

Lovecraftiana is scheduled for release before the end of 2021.
