PAMLA Special Session: 20th and 20st century Quebec Studies

Publié le par Alexandre Gefen (Source : Loic Bourdeau)

This session aims to understand current imperatives in this specific geographical area. Quebec and French literatures have different specifics to be acknowledged, which is why this session is held separately from the French Session. This session is mainly interested in questions of identity, sexuality, marginality, pluri-culturality and migration, with regard to Quebec's singular historical background. The approaches can be varied (but should have a strong theoretical framework) and the list of interests is certainly not exhaustive.

Interested parties can submit paper proposals (using the online submission form).  You may also send emails directly to me at: lbourdeau@ucdavis.edu with questions about the session.
