International conference in the presence of the author, March 1-2, 2002, Winthrop-King Institute for Contemporary French and Francophone Studies, Florida State University
This is the first international conference devoted wholly to Azouz Begag, France's best known writer of Algerian immigrant origin. Papers are invited on all aspects of Begag's work, including his creative writings, essays and cinematic, journalistic and political activities.
