KING'S College LONDON Lecturer in Modern Foreign Languages Education Department of Education and Professional Studies The Department of Education wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Modern Foreign Languages Education with effect from 1 September 2002. The post provides an opportunity for an experienced and well-qualified person interested in working in a stimulating and demanding academic environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation of teachers in Modern Foreign Languages. S/he will have a specialism in French and Spanish or German as well as curriculum development. The ability to contribute to other areas of the Department's work, and in particular the foundation disciplines of history of education, psychology of education, sociology of education or philosophy of education, will be an advantage. The salary will be on the Lecturer A or B scale, currently £22,604 to £34,671 per annum inclusive of London Allowance, according to qualifications and experience.
