Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in French

 

The School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics at ANU is seeking to appoint a talented Level B or Level C scholar in French (equivalent to Assistant/Associate Professor in the US) into a full-time, continuing appointment. The appointee will be expected to have an active research agenda in one or more of French language pedagogy, technology enhanced language learning, second language acquisition, or translation studies (esp. technology in translation). S/he will contribute to the School’s teaching programs in French Studies and in his/her area of specialisation at all levels (Undergraduate, Honours, MA and PhD), and will recruit and supervise Honours, MA and PhD students. The appointee should be active in professional service within ANU, and nationally and internationally in his/her relevant disciplines, as well as in the broader community.
