PraeDoc Teacher Training Research and (Inter-)Cultural Studies (Salzburg)

Your area of responsibility:

▪ Research and teaching support in the field of teacher training and (Inter-)Cultural Studies
▪ Independent research in the area of teacher training and (Inter-)Cultural Studies, in particular writing and publishing accordance with the relevant doctoral programme at the University of Salzburg
▪ Independent teaching : 2 weekly hours from the second year of employment
▪ Administrative tasks

Admission requirements:

▪ Completed master's degree in the area of Romance Studies with a focus on French (preferred) and/or Italian (preferred) teacher training diploma (MA) with the same foci
▪ Enrollment in the relevant doctoral programme at the University of Salzburg

Required qualifications:

▪ Marked interest in the interface between teacher training and (Inter-)Cultural studies

▪ High proficiency in the relevant Romance language(s)
▪ Good command of German
▪ Teaching experience at the secondary level
▪ Self-reliance
▪ Team spirit and cooperation skills
▪ Resilience and positive attitude
