Your area of responsibility: 

▪ Development of a larger, independent research project in the field of Italian and/or French Literature and Cultural Digital Humanities
▪ Independent academic research (publications, talks, ...) in the field of Romance Studies, especially Italian and/or French Cultural Studies
▪ Independent teaching: 4 weekly hours
▪ Administrative tasks

Admission requirements:

▪ Completed PhD in the relevant field (Italian and/or French Literature and Cultural Studies)
▪ High proficiency in Italian and/or French
▪ Good command of German

Required qualifications:

▪ International experience
▪ Publications
▪ Teaching experience at the university level

▪ Proficiency in another Romance language (preferably French or Italian) or willingness to acquire it
▪ Marked interest in digital approaches/methods in the humanities
▪ Independent work style
▪ Team spirit and cooperation skills
▪ Resilience and positive attitude
