Transgenderrepresentation has proliferated in globalized cultural production in recentyears, and, consequently, transgender studies has become an important wing ofgender studies. Work in French studies, however, has been slow to interveneinto the bourgeoning discussion in any substantive way. This volume aims toconsider cultural production in which French and transgender can be placed intoproductive dialogue.
Abstractsshould be submitted by Feb. 1, 2012 (200-500 words).
For accepted abstracts,full papers (~6000 words) will be due Nov. 1, 2012.
