Postdoctoral fellowships

Texts Contexts Cultures” (TCC) at the Moore Institute, National University of Ireland, Galway, is an inter-institutional training programme funded under the Irish Government's Programme for Research in Third Level Institutions (PRTLI 4) as part of the all-Ireland collaboration entitled “Humanities Serving Irish Society”.

The programme is now seeking qualified applicants for four 3-year postdoctoral research fellowships within the following thematic projects:

- Columbanus' Life and Legacy: Archaeology, Editions and Images

- Texts, Transmission and Cultural Exchange: Case Studies and a Database of European Travel Narratives and Images 1500-1900

- Culture and Power in Ireland: A Database with Literary/Historical Studies of Irish Landed Estates
