Le numéro spécial Imago & Translatio de la revue Word & Image, co-édité par Evanghelia Stead et Hélène Védrine,  est simultanément consacré à la traduction des œuvres littéraires en Europe à travers les langues (translatio, traduction intrasémiotique) et les images (imago, traduction intersémiotique) de la fin du XVIIIe au début du XXe siècle. Le numéro reflète de près le colloque que s'est tenu à la Bibliothèque nationale de France en 2010 sur ce même sujet et inclut des papiers en français comme en anglais.
