The Paratext (Guest Editors: Alistair Rolls & Marie-Laure Vuaille-Barcan)

This issue will focus on the paratext as it pertains to French literature and culture. Essays in French Literature and Culture (EFLaC) would welcome papers which either exploit paratextual elements in order to offer innovative analysis of French literary and cultural products, or which engage in theoretical debate on the nature of 'paratextuality' more broadly.

The abstracts (300 words max.) and a short bibliography should be sent no later than the 30th June 2011 to eflac@uwa.edu.au. Authors will be informed by the end of August whether their abstract has been accepted. Deadline for submission of the full article will then be by the 31 January, 2012.
