Tenure-track Assistant Professor of French with specialization in pre-nineteenth-century literature and/or culture. Ph.D required. The successful candidate will develop a vigorous research program, teach primarily at the intermediate and advanced levels, and advise undergraduate and graduate master's students, in addition to professional contributions and service. Native or near-native ability in French is required.
