Visiting Assistant Professor of French, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT

The Department of Languages & Literature at the University of Utah seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor of French for a one-year, full-time teaching position beginning in August 2005. The candidate should have native or near-native proficiency in French. Teaching responsibilities include courses in contemporary French and/or Francophone literary and cultural studies as well as advanced language courses. The teaching load is three courses per semester. We are seeking a dynamic instructor with a strong commitment to innovative teaching methods.
